病历摘要患儿,男,8天,主因纳差一天伴全身皮肤黄染入院。查体:神清,全身皮肤中度黄染,呼吸急促,口鼻周发绀,颈无阻力,心肺正常,腹软,脐部有少许脓性分泌物,肝肋下2cm,脾未及,双下肢大腿外侧稍肿。血象正常。入院诊断:新生儿脐炎,病理性黄疸,新生儿硬肿Ⅰ°。住院10天经用青霉素+氨苄青霉素+激素+营养支持疗法等,黄疸消退,症状好转出院,但出院时仍
