“人才是科技进步和经济社会发展最重要的资源”,是人口中的精华部分。人才资源与普通劳动力资源的区别在于,人才能从事普通劳动力难以胜任的高度复杂的创造性劳动,或者在复杂程度不算很高的劳动中创造出较高的价值,通常至少具有中专以上学历。本文将根据2000年人口普查数据,从人口职业结构变化角度,比较省际间人才资源的状态和变化趋势。
“Talent is the most important resource for scientific and technological progress and economic and social development” and is the quintessential part of the population. The difference between human resources and ordinary labor resources lies in that human beings can engage in highly complex and creative work that ordinary laborers are not capable of or create higher values in labor with less complex degrees, usually with a degree of secondary education or above. Based on the data from the 2000 census, this article will compare the status and trends of human resources across the province from the perspective of changes in the occupational structure of the population.
