通过对银亮棒加工工艺的调查,以及银亮棒表面缺陷和抛丸用钢丸特征对比分析,认为1215MS易切削钢银亮棒表面圆坑缺陷的产生是在抛丸过程中部分钢丸嵌入钢基,在后续拉拔或研磨加工过程中再次脱落形成的。
