我院自1985～1993年共收治12例单纯输尿管囊肿患者。现就其诊断和手术方法的选择进行讨论。临床资料12例单纯输尿管囊肿均为女性，年龄35～58岁，平均43岁。囊肿均为单侧，其中右侧5例，左侧7例。合并结石2例，脱垂2例，合并输尿管平滑肌瘤1例。病程1周～1年余。12例均有不同程
In our hospital from 1985 to 1993 were treated 12 patients with simple ureteral cyst. The diagnosis and surgical options are discussed. Clinical data of 12 cases of ureteral cyst are female, aged 35 to 58 years, mean 43 years. Cysts were unilateral, including 5 cases of right and left in 7 cases. 2 cases of combined stones, prolapse in 2 cases, 1 case of ureteral leiomyoma. Duration of 1 week ~ 1 year. 12 cases have different courses
