目前在国内水泥灌浆中,日趋于高压方向发展。在基岩深层采用大幅度提高灌浆压力的办法,往往能提高浆液的可灌性和增加基岩的承载能力。近几年来,高压灌浆工艺中的机械设备、输浆管路、高压阀门等不难解决,但是高压止浆措施与装置是否可行,却往往成为高压灌浆成败的关键。对此,我们曾于1981年6月在四川省二滩水电站坝址,进行了高压水泥灌浆和化学分段灌浆现场试验,取得了良好的效果。
Currently in the domestic cement grouting, tends to develop in the direction of high pressure. In the deep bedrock using a large increase grouting pressure approach, often can improve the sewer irrigation and increase the carrying capacity of bedrock. In recent years, high-pressure grouting process machinery and equipment, pulp pipeline, high-pressure valve is not difficult to solve, but high pressure grouting measures and devices are feasible, but often become the key to the success of high pressure grouting. In response, we conducted field tests on high-pressure cement grouting and chemical grouting at the dam site of Ertan hydropower station in June 1981 and achieved good results.
