由于水电事业发展的需要,大直径高水头压力管道日益增多,给钢管设计和施工提出新的课题.改进设计计算方法,充分发挥管材作用,成为迫切需要解决的问题. 本文通过两个大比例尺原材料模型试验,介绍了钢管与外围混凝土联合受力的工作情况和破坏情况,提出了在各级内水压力作用下,各层管材应力值和承载比,及管道各种工作状态下的超载能力.并对如何发挥管材效益和改进设计计算方法提出了建议.
Due to the needs of hydropower development, large diameter and high head pressure pipes are increasing day by day to put forward new topics for the design and construction of steel pipe.Improving the design and calculation methods and giving full play to the role of pipe has become an urgent problem to be solved.Through two large scale raw materials Model test, the working conditions and failure conditions of the combined stress of the steel pipe and the surrounding concrete are introduced. The stress value and bearing ratio of the pipe in all layers and the overloading capacity under various working conditions of the pipe under the action of water pressure at all levels are put forward. And put forward some suggestions on how to use the pipe material and how to improve the design and calculation method.
