自腹泻病人和饮用水源等不同检材中分离到麦契尼可夫孤菌292株.其中产色素麦契尼可夫弧菌25株;该菌在饮用水源中分离的最适水温为6~10℃,0~5℃次之,随着水温的上升其阳性检出率呈现明显的下降趋势.根据该菌的生化学分型模式,292株麦契尼可夫弧菌全部可以分型.分型结果显示人源株和水源株生物型完全吻合,均是Ⅰ型居首位,Ⅷ型次之,表明由该菌引起的腹泻与水源污染有密切关系.
From the diarrhea patients and drinking water sources such as different samples were isolated 292 strains of McCackney Nichev. Which produced 25 strains of Micromonospora melittinolyticus. The optimum water temperature for separating the bacteria from drinking water source was 6 ~ 10 ℃, followed by 0 ~ 5 ℃. The positive detection rate was obvious with the increase of water temperature The downward trend. According to the biochemical classification of the bacterium, 292 strains of M. chansoni can be typed. The typing results showed that the biotypes of human strains and water source strains were completely consistent, which ranked first in type Ⅰ and second in type Ⅷ, indicating that diarrhea caused by the bacteria was closely related to water pollution.
