为强化工会经费收支管理,提高工会经费使用效益,推动党风廉政建设向基层工会延伸,海南省总工会财务部对三亚、文昌、琼海、昌江、东方、屯昌、琼中、临高、澄迈、保亭、陵水11个市县工会及市县所属乡镇、环卫等12个基层工会经费收支管理情况开展了调研。本次调研突出问题导向,注重点面结合,通过了解市县总工会及基层工会经费收支管理情况,肯定主要成绩,发现存在问题,提出意见建议。现将调研情况综述如下。
