随着我国自然资源的日益消耗,石油资源作为我国自然资源中的重要资源也随着工业生产的消耗而日益减少。在我国生产力不断发展提高的今天,国内的可再生资源日益紧缺,石油无论在国内市场还是国外市场都是需要应急保障的重要资源。在我国石油开采和安全生产过程中,为了能够更好的有效利用石油资源,就必须设计石油安全指标体系和综合评价体系,只有这样才能够依靠有效的管理手段来减少石油资源的浪费,提高石油资源的综合利用率。本文则首先介绍石油安全指标体系,然后具体说明石油资源安全指标体系适用的综合评价方法,以供参考。
With the increasing consumption of our country’s natural resources, petroleum resources, as an important resource in China’s natural resources, have also been declining with the consumption of industrial production. Today, with the continuous development of productive forces in our country, the domestic renewable resources are increasingly scarce. Oil is an important resource that needs emergency support both in the domestic market and in foreign markets. In our country’s oil exploitation and safe production process, in order to be able to use petroleum resources better and effectively, it is necessary to design an index system of petroleum safety and a comprehensive evaluation system. Only in this way can we rely on effective management measures to reduce waste of petroleum resources and increase oil Comprehensive utilization of resources. This article first introduces the petroleum safety index system, and then specifies the comprehensive evaluation method applicable to the petroleum resource safety index system for reference.
