肠道病毒感染可引起扩张型心肌病,并有可能导致慢性病毒感染后疲劳综合征和青少年糖尿病;肠道病毒还可能对骨髓移植病人等免疫损害者致病。因此,本文作者试图研制一种肠道病毒疫苗。 研制的疫苗有三种。疫苗A为柯萨奇B3减毒活疫苗(CB3L),由非致病性RD株制成;疫苗B系以0.2%β丙内酯灭活的柯萨奇B3灭活疫苗(BPL);疫苗C是用免疫刺激复合物(ISCOM)技术制备的柯萨奇B3亚单位疫苗。 将疫苗A和B分别与Al(OH)_3、皂角苷佐剂Quil A基质及弗氏完全佐剂混合,免疫接种Balb/cCUM和A/J近交系小鼠,然后检测中和抗体和疫苗保护力。
Intestinal virus infection can cause dilated cardiomyopathy and may lead to fatigue syndrome and juvenile diabetes mellitus after chronic viral infection; enterovirus may also cause disease in immunocompromised patients such as bone marrow transplant patients. Therefore, the author of this article tries to develop an enterovirus vaccine. There are three vaccines developed. Vaccine A is a coxsackie B3 attenuated live vaccine (CB3L) made from a non-pathogenic RD strain; Vaccine B is a coxsackie B3 inactivated vaccine (BPL) inactivated with 0.2% beta propiolactone; Vaccine C is a coxsackie B3 subunit vaccine prepared using the immunostimulating complex (ISCOM) technique. Vaccines A and B were respectively mixed with Al (OH) 3, Quik A matrix of saponin adjuvant and Freund’s complete adjuvant, and Balb / cCUM and A / J inbred mice were immunized, then neutralizing antibody and Vaccine protection.
