利用改进的5 DX FT-IR光谱仪,测试了140℃下IPN聚合反应过程的红外发射光谱。利用峰面积比值法,计算了不同时间下的反应程度和动力学常数。实验结果表明:环氧树脂和聚氨酯反应均为一级反应,k_(epo)=0.035,K_(epo in IPN)=0.10,K_(pu)=0.15。并讨论了反应与结构的关系。
The infrared emission spectrum of the IPN polymerization at 140 ℃ was tested with a modified 5 DX FT-IR spectrometer. The peak area ratio method was used to calculate the reaction degree and kinetic constants at different times. The experimental results show that the reaction between the epoxy resin and the polyurethane is of the first order, with k epo = 0.035, epo in IPN = 0.10 and K pu = 0.15. The relationship between reaction and structure was also discussed.
