目的研究大八角(Illicius majus Hoot et Thoms)枝叶中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、快速制备色谱和制备HPLC等技术进行分离和纯化,通过IR、NMR、MS等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从大八角枝叶中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为majusanicol(1),angustanoic acid G(2),对羟基苯乙醇(3),对羟基苯甲酸(4),间羟基苯甲酸(5)和3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(6)。结论化合物1为新的松香烷型二萜化合物,化合物3~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the branches and leaves of Illicius majus Hoot et Thoms. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, preparative HPLC and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by IR, NMR and MS spectra. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified from the branches and leaves of Siberian Hornbeam, which were majusanicol (1), angustanoic acid G (2), p-hydroxyphenylethanol (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid And 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new rosin-type diterpene compound, and compounds 3 ~ 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
