临床色觉检查法有心理物理学的方法和客观电生理的方法。心理物理学方法已在临床上得到广泛应用并取得较为满意的结果;客观电生理的方法目前尚处于探索阶段。本文介绍近年来国外学者应用视诱发电位、视网噗电图(包括单色光ERG、ERG撤光反应和正弦闪光红-绿刺激的ERG反应)、早期感受器电位和视动性眼球震颤的方法,研究先天性色觉异常者的实验仪器、方法和结果。其结果表明:应用这些方法可把正常人、红色觉异常者和绿色觉异常者区分开来,但红色盲和红色弱、绿色盲与绿色弱之间没有显著性差异。同时,介绍了蓝色觉异常者和全色盲者ERG改变的特点。
Clinical color vision examination method has psychophysics and objective electrophysiological methods. Psychophysics has been widely used clinically and achieved satisfactory results; objective electrophysiological methods are still in the exploratory stage. This article describes the recent years, foreign scholars using visual evoked potentials, visual pop-up plots (including monochromatic ERG, ERG evoked response and sinus flash red-green stimulated ERG response), early sensor potential and optokinetic nystagmus method , To study the experimental apparatus, methods and results of congenital abnormal color vision. The results show that: The use of these methods can distinguish between normal people, abnormal red sensory and green sensory abnormalities, but there is no significant difference between red blind and red weak, green blind and green weak. At the same time, the characteristics of ERG changes in blue-color abnormal persons and full-color blind persons are introduced.
