溶脲脲原体(UU)是泌尿生殖道感染的常见病原体。本文实验结果表明:对数生长期的UU、热灭活UU和UU上清液与小鼠淋巴细胞共同培养均能明显增强小鼠T淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的活性,提示UU感染大鼠睾丸的病理损伤可能与局部微环境中细胞因子网络改变有关。
Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) is a common causative agent of genitourinary tract infections. The experimental results show that: UU, heat-inactivated UU and UU supernatants in mouse logarithmic growth phase co-culture with mouse lymphocytes can significantly enhance the activity of IL-2 secreted by mouse T lymphocytes, suggesting that UU infected rat testis The pathological damage may be related to the changes of cytokines in the local microenvironment.
