我市某私营针织厂购得私人制造的土锅炉一台,用以生产蒸汽供锦纶袜定形锅用。使用不久于1991年11月26日上午发生爆炸事故,造成死3人,重伤4人、轻伤2人,倒塌房屋三间二层约100mm~2,直接经济损失约10万元左右。该设备似一夹层锅,下部是炉膛。平时最高工作压力为0.35MPa,但爆炸时由压力表分析知压力已超过0.6MPa。爆炸后本体分解成内筒、外筒二件,从夹套封闭件和外筒的角焊缝处拉断,7根加强筋也同时断裂。管路被炸飞,炉膛炸塌。事故原因:①设备从设计、制造到使用均违反有关法规要求;②在设计上封闭件为水平平板,和内筒采用双面角焊连接,和外筒采用单面焊的角焊结构。这种结构是不允许采用的。同时内封头采用无折边球形封头和内筒体角焊连接也不合乎要求。③制造质量低劣。封
