目的:探讨大学生体育锻炼与心理健康的关系,并就实际工作提出建议。方法:本研究抽取来自长沙理工大学的2011级大学生7522名,用SCL90来评估大学生的心理健康水平。结果:(1)SCL90的总分和10个因子的均值与总体均值的T检验分析结果表明,两者差异极显著,SCL90的总分和10个因子的均值与常模上限的T检验分析结果表明,两者差异极显著;(2)由一年前和一年后的超常模学生的SCL90的T检验分析结果可知,总分和10个因子的一年前后均值差异极显著,超常模学生的SCL90的总分和10个因子与大一体育达标成绩相关极显著;结论:体育锻炼对大学生的心理健康状态有一定促进作用。
Objective: To explore the relationship between college students’ physical exercise and mental health, and to put forward suggestions on practical work. Methods: In this study, 7522 2011 college students from Changsha University of Science and Technology were selected to evaluate the mental health of undergraduates with SCL90. Results: (1) The T-test results of the mean of SCL90 and the mean and the mean of 10 factors showed that the difference between the two was extremely significant. The results of T test between the mean of SCL90 and the upper limit of norm of 10 factors (2) According to the results of T-test of SCL90 in hypermodule one year ago and one year later, the mean difference of the total score and 10 factors before and after one year was extremely significant The total scores of SCL90 and 10 factors were significantly correlated with the attainment of Grade 1 in freshmen.Conclusion: Physical exercise has a certain promotion effect on the mental health of college students.
