繁荣中国科普创作,是我们期盼已久的夙愿。据考察,30年代、50年代及70～80年代之间出现过三次科普创作高潮。但严格地说,这三次高潮都不能称为科普创作的繁荣期。因为它们仅仅是以科普作品量的增长为前提和标志的创作热潮,而构成繁荣的其它重要条件并没有同时具备,这样,就将这三次有可能酿成繁荣的创作态势全部抑留和停滞于高潮阶段,没能实现繁荣境界的进一步飞跃。这不能不说是中国科普创作史上的一大遗憾。那么,对于繁荣科普创作而言,我们究竟缺了什么?
The prosperity of science popularization in China is a long-awaited long-cherished wish. According to the investigation, there have been three climaxes of popular science creation in the 1930s, 50s and 70s and 80s. But strictly speaking, these three climaxes can not be called the prosperity of science popularization. Because they are only based on the increase of the amount of popular science works and the creative craze of signs, the other important conditions that constitute prosperity are not at the same time. In this way, the three creative situations that may have prospered are all kept in their climax Stage, failed to achieve a further leap in prosperity. This can not but be said that in the history of science popularization in China a big regret. So, what is missing for the prosperity of science popularization?
