2011年是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010——2020年)》全面实施后进行中考的第一年,笔者认为,《规划纲要》在近期内对于高考改革的影响远远大于中考的影响,过两年后高考领域进行的改革将会渐次波及到中考改革。2011年也是新课程改革大背景下实施中考的第八个年份。
