21例先天性心脏病左向右分流患儿,用七种检查方法体外估测肺动脉压与全肺阻力,并与心导管实测结果相比较。心电图、心音图、超声心动图声学造影不能用以估测肺动脉压。X光胸片以椎肺动脉角与肺动脉压和全肺阻力相关性良好。肺阻抗微分图的RPEP/RVET与肺动脉压和全肺阻力相关性良好。多普勒超声心动图的RPEP/RVET及RPEP/AT与肺动脉压及全肺阻力相关性良好。超声彩色多普勒血流显象测量的血流速度与肺动脉压及全肺阳力显著相关。
Twenty-one children with congenital heart disease left-to-right shunt were assessed with pulmonary artery pressure and total pulmonary resistance by seven methods in vitro and compared with the results of cardiac catheterization. ECG, phonocardiogram, echocardiography can not be used to assess pulmonary arterial pressure. X-ray chest to vertebral pulmonary artery angle and pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary resistance was good. RPEP / RVET of pulmonary impedance differential maps correlated well with pulmonary pressure and total lung resistance. Doppler echocardiographic RPEP / RVET and RPEP / AT correlated well with pulmonary arterial pressure and total lung resistance. Ultrasound color Doppler flow imaging measured blood flow velocity and pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary health were significantly correlated.
