用国产人型与卡介苗结素PPD等量皮试于自然人群及已知结核病患儿共277例。皮试反应强度结果,种过卡介苗的健康儿童结素PPD阳性者BCG-PPD>人型PPD达81.81%,而各种结核病患儿结素PPD阳性者人型PPD>BCG—PPD达73.3—80.7%,均有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结素PPD对型诊断对鉴别人工免疫和自然感染有意义。
A total of 277 cases of natural population and children with known tuberculosis were treated with domestic-made human and BCG-like PPD isoforms. Results of skin test showed that the positive rate of BCG-PPD> human PPD was 81.81% in children with BCG-resistant healthy children and in all tuberculosis patients with PPD-positive PPD> BCG-PPD was 73.3-80.7 %, There was significant difference (P <0.005). Conclusion The diagnosis of tuberculate PPD is meaningful for differential diagnosis of artificial immunity and natural infection.
