近年来世界上已发生了几十起严重的停电事故,不仅造成了重大的社会经济损失,而且危及到国家与社会的安全稳定。新近发生在北美电力系统的“8.14”大停电是有史以来最严重的事故,缺乏在线安全稳定预警、分析、控制和决策方法是重要的原因。本项目所取得的安全域的研究成果为此提供了更科学、更有效的理论和方法。本项目属电工技术领域中电力大系统安全、稳定性分析与控制的理论与方法的研究,目的是开拓新的方法学,提高电力大系统预防灾变的能力。
In recent years, there have been dozens of serious blackouts in the world, which have not only caused major social and economic losses, but also endangered the security and stability of the country and society. The recent “8.14” power outage in the North American power system was the worst accident ever, and the lack of online safety and stability warning, analysis, control and decision-making methods is important. The research results of the security domain obtained by this project provide more scientific and effective theories and methods. The project belongs to the electric power technology field of large-scale power system security, stability analysis and control theory and method of research, the purpose is to explore new methodologies, to improve power system disaster prevention capabilities.
