秋高气爽的十月前后,在兴化大地的海岛山区,守着故土的莆仙人,一位70多岁的老渔民激动地说:以前做梦都不敢想大客车能上海岛,而今我们在家门口就可以坐上客车呀!莆田依山傍海,近年来乡村道路发展迅速。但由于正常运力跟不上农村交通的发展需求,当平原上车水马龙的时候,山区和海岛还在使用最简单的、危险系数较高的交通工具。许多没有驾驶证的农民搞起了客运,一时间各条乡道、村道上非法载客营运泛滥成风。
