章霍生同志是1993年担任孝义市委书记的。在近6年的时间里,他关心老干部的故事,已在孝义市传为佳话。1996年1月,吕梁地区老干部工作会议在孝义召开,几十名老干部代表全市1600余名离退休老干部为章书记送上了“情系老干,心怀庶民”的匾额。后来,在章霍生同志的坚决推辞下,老干部们将这块匾的匾头换成了市委、市政府。在章霍生同志的重视和支持下,孝义的老干部工作跨入了全省先进行列。这让许多人想起1993年,他刚到孝义时发生在老干部身上的两件事。一件是在他任市委书记不到一个月的时间里,40多名离退休干部
Comrade Zhang Huosheng was the secretary of Xiaoyi Municipal Committee in 1993. In the past 6 years, he is concerned about the story of the veteran cadres, has been passed in Xiaoyi story.
