本文研究了乙醇水溶液结合微波照射浸提荷叶黄酮及其抗氧化作用。试验结果表明:以乙醇体积比为50%、微波2m in、料液比1:30、微波功率420W,在此条件下黄酮的提取率为4.08%;另一方面,0.05%荷叶黄酮对猪油有显著的抗氧化作用,其抗氧化能力在相同条件下高于茶多酚和抗坏血酸(Vc)。
In this paper, the extraction of flavonoids from lotus leaves and their anti-oxidation effects were studied using aqueous ethanol solution combined with microwave irradiation. The test results showed that the extraction ratio of flavonoids was 4.08% with the volume ratio of ethanol 50%, microwave 2 m in, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, and microwave power 420 W. On the other hand, 0.05% lotus leaf flavonoids were applied to pigs. Oil has a significant antioxidant effect, and its antioxidant capacity is higher than that of tea polyphenols and ascorbic acid (Vc) under the same conditions.
