沈阳市政府联合清理拖欠税款领导小组办公室,在市委、市政府的领导下,根据本地区的实际情况,积极工作,想办法,定措施,使全市的清理拖欠税款工作取得了显著成绩。1991年共压缩欠税36230万元,其中压缩工商税收欠税27800万元,企业收入2177万元,两金(能交基金和预算调节基金)收入6253万元。
