本文以联合国教科文组织资助并由美国提供的ADC(自动直径控制)技术的综合研究为依据,充分地论述了计算机自动控制、数据处理在晶体生长科研生产中的作用和意义。美国提供的ADC技术的硬件部分主要有:主体单晶炉部分、直径功率的智能控制部分(包括电子秤、逆变电源、计算机等)、循环水温测控系统、生长气氛测控系统、晶体摄像系统等;软件部分主要有:ADCSoftware,ApplicationBuilderProgram,Win3.1,Msworks,Excel等。这一技术可确保生长Φ50×200mm的优质Nd∶YAG晶体;通过我们的消化和改进预计可生长Φ60×180mm的更大尺寸的晶体;同时,它还可应用于Sapphire,Ruby,Nd∶LYF,GGG等多种晶体的研究。无论其硬件、软件本身,还是其应用方面,对推动计算机技术应用于国内晶体研究领域的发展具有重要意义。该项技术的一个关键点在于它根据晶体生长的特性,实现了较为理想的直径和功率的智能控制,并通过计算机的强大功能实施了多路影响晶体生长因素的测控,实时地采集了对晶体特性进行研究具有重要意义的多组数据。另一关键点在于它通过在通用计算机上插接DAS-HRESBoard,把?
Based on the comprehensive research of ADC (Automatic Diameter Control) technology supported by UNESCO and provided by the United States, this paper fully expounds the function and significance of computer automatic control and data processing in the research and production of crystal growth.
