在温带,草坪管理者利用狗牙根[Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.]建植草坪主要关心其越冬率。由于狗牙根对初冬低温很敏感,直到仲冬其抗寒性才能达到最大。因此利用防寒覆盖的管理方法可以减轻冻害,并能促进休眠后的生长。本项研究在田间进行,历时3年。每年12月初用粘胶纤维聚脂(Spun-bonded Polyester)覆盖草坪,5月末撤掉覆盖物。本文探讨了覆盖对狗牙根耐寒性和根茎水分含量的影响,并对8个选育品种的耐寒性差异进行了评定。用电解质渗漏法和2,3,5—三苯四唑氯(TTC)还原法测定耐寒性。结果表明品种间耐寒性存在显著差异。“Midiron”抗寒性最强,“Arizona Common”抗寒性最差。“A-22”和“Tifway”抗寒性居中。利用粘胶纤维聚脂覆盖提高了狗牙根耐寒性[仲冬期样品抗性降低的参照温度(LT_50)相差2℃]。所有参试品种的根茎水分含量从100g/kg增加到200g/kg。结果表明,利用覆盖有效地提高了狗牙根在过渡带的越冬性。
In temperate zones, turf managers use lawn [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.] To grow their lawn primarily for winter survival. Because bermudagrass is very sensitive to early winter low temperature, its cold tolerance can not reach the maximum until midwinter. Therefore, the use of cold-covered management methods can reduce frost damage, and can promote the growth after hibernation. This study was conducted in the field for 3 years. The lawn is covered with Spun-bonded Polyester at the beginning of December and the cover is removed at the end of May. In this paper, the effects of mulching on cold tolerance and rhizome moisture content of bermudagrass were explored. The differences of cold tolerance of eight cultivars were also evaluated. Cold resistance determination by electrolyte leakage method and 2,3,5 - triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) reduction method. The results showed that there was a significant difference in cold tolerance among cultivars. Midiron has the highest cold resistance and Arizona Common has the worst cold resistance. “A-22” and “Tifway” are chill-tolerant. The coverage of viscose fiber increased the cold resistance of bermudagrass (reference temperature (LT_50) difference of 2 ℃ in mid-winter). The rhizome moisture content of all the tested varieties increased from 100g / kg to 200g / kg. The results showed that the coverage of bermudagrass improved the overwintering of transition zone effectively.
