七月四日上午,为危重病人热合曼捐款治疗的活动,在巩留县的水宾馆举行。热合曼是巩留县水管总站站长,水利工程师,维吾尔族,去年年底由于积劳成疾,病情严重,辗转区内各大医院治疗,治病已花去5.6万元,家庭生活十分困难。为挽救热合曼同志的生命,县水电局组织了这次名为“伸出友谊之手,奉献一片爱心”的捐助活动。此次活动得到水电系统各族干部、职工的积极响应。县水电局、县人民医院的领导和水电系统干部职工纷纷捐款。县委书记吴承德、县长沙玛尔汉闻讯后也赶来捐款。县委书记吴承德肯定了水电系统的捐助活动,并指出只有在共产党领导下的社会主义国家,才会有像这样具有共产主义风格的高尚行动。这切实体现了社会主义制度的优越性,对增进各民族团结,促进社会稳定,加强职工凝聚力都具有重要意义。这次捐助活动当场收到捐款5900元。
