教师既为教育的行动者,也应是教育的思考者、追求者、成功者。教师若教而不思、思而不结,只能算是教死书、死教书、原地踏步;教师若做好教而勤思、思而善结,才会有新教育的教学感悟,才会使专业化成长更快、更成熟起来。懂得善思善结,才能把握教育智慧,才能生成有底蕴的教师价值。我们通过总结来及时发现教育活动中的遗憾,通过总结来转变适合学生成长的教育观念,通过总结来加速自身专业成长的进程。现将我总结的四点教育经验共享如下:
Teachers are not only actors in education, but also educators, suitors, and winners. If teachers do not think of teaching, thinking and not knot, can only be regarded as teaching death, teaching books, time and place; if teachers do good teaching and diligence, thinking and good knot, there will be new educational teaching experience, only Professional growth will make faster and more mature. To understand goodness and goodness, we can grasp the wisdom of education, in order to generate a wealth of teachers. Through summarizing, we find out the regret of educational activities in time, and summarize the concept of education which is suitable for the growth of students. Through summarizing, we can accelerate the process of our professional growth. Now I summarize the four points of education experience are as follows:
