教师既为教育的行动者,也应是教育的思考者、追求者、成功者。教师若教而不思、思而不结,只能算是教死书、死教书、原地踏步;教师若做好教而勤思、思而善结,才会有新教育的教学感悟,才会使专业化成长更快、更成熟起来。懂得善思善结,才能把握教育智慧,才能生成有底蕴的教师价值。我们通过总结来及时发现教育活动中的遗憾,通过总结来转变适合学生成长的教育观念,通过总结来加速自身专业成长的进程。现将我总结的四点教育经验共享如下: Teachers are not only actors in education, but also educators, suitors, and winners.
