本省農业稅的夏季徵借工作,由於各級黨、政領導重視,廣大農民積極支持和全體幹部努力,并在小麥豐收的有利條件下,貫徹了政策,獲得了顯著成績。截止九月十六日,全省入倉已超額完成夏季徵借任務的百分之一六點九四。这對於穩定國家財政預算,保證軍需民食起着巨大作用。現在秋糧卽將登場,为了正確的貫徹中央財政部一九五四年九月四日關於‘有計劃有領導的做好今年秋徵工作’的指示精神,進一步作好秋徵工作,保證按時完成全年的農业稅徵收任務,再作如下指示:
