我们到基层采访,听到不少反映:不要只觉得兼职支部书记难当,其实专职书记更难当。在新形势下.一些同志一肩挑起了行政工作与党的工作两副重担,一些同志仍然专门从事党务工作。无论专职还是兼职,都是党的工作的需要。市委副书记、组织部部长陈广文在去年全市组织工作会议上讲:在支部书记专兼职问题上,要根据行业特点、工作性质和干部条件而定,不搞“一刀切”。既然党需要有一部分同志专职做党支部书记,我们就该在这个岗位上尽职尽责,以积极的态度开拓、探索、有所作为。新形势确实给专职支部书记工作带来许多新矛盾、新问题。在这里,我们愿意和大家一起来研究解决这些矛盾和问题的办法,并把一些同志的体会和经验介绍给大家。——编者 When we interviewed the grassroots units, we heard quite a lot of reflections: Do not just think that part-time branch secretaries are difficult to handle.
