正常生物体内的自由基产生和清除是处在平衡状态的,另一方面,外界环境中存在着多种形式的自由基,其性质活泼,易与体内多种物质发生化学反应,与内源性自由基一起影响着细胞的生长、分化及死亡过程,在肿瘤的发生发展中起一定作用。本实验结果表明,过氧化氢与细胞生长状态之间存在剂量—反应关系,低浓度的过氧化氢(15μmol/10ml培养液)作用可刺激细胞增殖,在50-100μmol/10ml培养液浓度范围内引起细胞凋亡样改变,而当浓度大于100μmol/10ml培养液时,则可直接导致细胞坏死。本研究结果为进一步探讨人为施加干预,定向诱导细胞生长状态发生变化提供了有意义的资料,为肿瘤的防治研究提供了一个新的思路
