目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病的分期治疗方法。方法:对2010年2月至2011年6月我院收治的82例慢性阻塞性肺病患者进行分期治疗,记录治疗结果并作回顾性分析。结果:在这82例患者中,有43例患者临床痊愈,36例患者好转,2例患者无效,1例患者因病情严重且合并其他疾病而死亡。结论:为慢性阻塞性肺病患者进行分期治疗,可改善其心肺功能及预后,控制其病情的发展。
Objective: To explore staging treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: From February 2010 to June 2011, 82 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital were treated by stages. The treatment results were recorded and analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: Out of the 82 patients, 43 were clinically cured, 36 were improved, 2 were ineffective, and 1 died of serious illness and other illnesses. Conclusion: Staging for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients can improve their cardiopulmonary function and prognosis, and control the development of their disease.
