想必大家都曾听过卡耐基的墓志铭写着“这里躺着一位先知,能用比自己能力强的部属”。由此可知,判断一位主管是否能够称职,应不在于工作能力的表现,更不在于其展现个人的雄心,而在于领导与培育部属的工作表现。 在培养与教育部属的过程中,并不是能够一帆风顺,如管理者所愿就能成功,通常易遭遇的困难如下: 欠缺适合的有潜力人员,同时判断部属能力的基准也不一致。 企业经营阶层所期待的管理目标与管理能力不够明确。
