随着工农业生产迅速发展,从一九七○年七月底开始试制和生产“495”柴油机。该柴油机粉末冶金衬套的几何精度是,外径允许差为0.02毫米。另外,一般衬套壁厚仅2~2.5毫米,而它的直径达φ45~φ72毫米。这种直径大壁又薄的衬套,用粉末冶金工艺生产是较困难的。经过工人和技术人员的不断试制,现已初步达到内外径一律不再金切加工,提高了生产效率,降低了成本。在试制过程中,对模具制造、称粉、压制、烧结等各个环节紧密配合,使粉末冶金制品终于达到设计要求。我们的具体措施如下。
