目的:梳理我国手卫生研究的演进路径，揭示研究热点和前沿，为我国手卫生研究提供参考。方法:在万方数据库中对手卫生研究进行检索，应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件进行手卫生领域文献可视化分析，应用关键词共现、聚类分析和突现词探测功能分析研究热点与研究前沿。结果:经筛选后得到4 366篇文献，发文量自1986年起稳步增加，北京大学第一医院、解放军总医院为主要研究机构。本领域高频关键词为手卫生、医院感染、依从性、医务人员/医护人员/护士、品管圈、洗手、PDCA循环，主要研究热点包括医护人员、临床护士、对策、依从性、资料、护理、肺部感染、手卫生执行率、效果、质量管理、医务人员、养老机构、影响因素、杀菌效果和洗手。结论:近35年来国内手卫生领域相关研究呈增长趋势，日趋平稳成熟，未来注重扩展研究机构与人群，加强监控与管理，提高依从率与强化宣教，保障患者安全。“,”Objective:To sort out the evolution path of hand hygiene research in China, reveal the research hotspot, and provide reference for hand hygiene research.Methods:The research of hand hygiene was searched in Wanfang database. CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to conduct bibliometric analysis in the field of hand hygiene. The research hotspot and research frontier of keyword co-occurrence, cluster analysis and emergent word detection function analysis were applied.Results:After screening, 4 366 papers were obtained, and the number of papers was increased steadily since 1986. The Peking University first hospital and the General Hospital of the PLA were the main research institutions. The high-frequency key words in this field are hand hygiene, hospital infection, compliance, medical staff/medical staff/nurse, quality control circle, hand washing, PDCA cycle. The main research clusters include medical staff, clinical nurses, countermeasures, compliance, data, nursing, lung infection, hand hygiene implementation rate, effect, quality management, medical staff, pension institutions, influencing factors, sterilization effect and Wash hands.Conclusion:In the past 35 years, the research in the field of hand hygiene in China has been growing steadily and maturely. In the future, research should focus on expanding research institutions and population, strengthening monitoring and management, improving compliance rate and strengthening propaganda and education, and ensuring patients' safety.
