运用心理学原理,探讨了表象训练方法对提高跆拳道运动员技战术水平的作用和效果。研究表明,在跆拳道教学中运用表象训练教学不仅可以激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生形成正确的跆拳道技术动作表象,加速掌握动作技术,提高教学质量,还可以培养、提高学生自学、自练从而获取知识的能力。在此基础上,还结合运动实践提出了运用表象训练应注意的问题。
By using the principle of psychology, this paper discusses the effect and effect of imagery training methods on improving the skills and tactics of Taekwondo athletes. Research shows that the use of image training in Taekwondo teaching can not only stimulate students ’interest in learning, promote students to form the correct appearance of Taekwondo technical movements, accelerate the mastery of motor skills and teaching quality, but also cultivate and improve students’ self- Knowledge of ability. On this basis, we also put forward some problems that should be paid attention to using image training in combination with sports practice.
