目的:研究甲硫氨酸脑啡肽对机体免疫监督功能的影响。方法:测定met-enk对NK活性,抗癌细胞因子如:TNF-α和IL-12的产生和基因表达的影响。结果:Met-enk(1×10~(-8)-1×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1))能增强NK细胞活性。体外,体内均能刺激TNF-α的产生。ip 0.1及1 mg·kg~(-1)×6d可增强IL-12 p35 mRNA的表达。结论:Met-enk上调抗癌细胞因子及NK活性,在癌症监督中起一定的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of methionine enkephalin on immune surveillance. Methods: The effect of met-enk on NK activity, anti-cancer cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-12 production and gene expression was examined. Results: Met-enk (1 × 10 -8 -1 × 10 -5 mol·L -1) increased NK cell activity. In vitro and in vivo can stimulate the production of TNF-α. The expression of IL-12 p35 mRNA was enhanced by ip 0.1 and 1 mg · kg -1 (-1) × 6 d. Conclusion: Met-enk up-regulates anti-cancer cytokines and NK activity and plays a role in cancer surveillance.
