影响工件几何精度的主要因素工件在加工过程中,产生几何形状与表面位置误差的原因很多,主要有以下几点:1)机床的精度不高,例如:主轴跳动,主轴承松动,床身导轨不直,主轴和工作台面不垂直、不平行等等。由于机床本身的误差较大,就难以保证工件达到要求的几何精度。2)夹具不够准确,或在加工过程中,由于切削力的作用,工件有变形走动情况,以及装夹方法不妥等,都会影响工件的几何精度。
