我厂生产的钢管家具绝大部分都是“H”型焊接,象折椅的前后腿、圆方桌架子都属图一这种形式。原来的焊接方法是立腿上打孔,将横撑插进管壁,用气焊焰把焊丝熔化,堆焊在焊口周围。其缺点是生产效率低,劳动条件差(夏天局部温度可达40℃)。后来采用CO_2保护焊,效率有所提高,条件有所改善,但因焊疤高而硬,磨平很困难,影响到电镀工艺,因此只能用在一些表面处理要求不高的粗糙产品上。
Most of the steel tube furniture we produce is “H” type of welding, like the front and back legs of the folding chair, and the round table and shelf are all in the form of figure one. The original welding method is to stand on the hole drilling, the cross into the tube wall, with a gas welding flame to melt the wire, surfacing around the weld. The disadvantage is the low production efficiency, poor working conditions (the summer local temperature up to 40 ℃). Later, the use of CO_2 welding, the efficiency has improved, the conditions have improved, but the high and hard welding scars, grinding very difficult, affecting the electroplating process, it can only be used in some of the less demanding rough surface products.
