中国长达15年的复关入世谈判于9月17日尘埃落定,WTO第四届部长级会议11月10日在多哈审议并通过了中国加入世贸组织的决定。中国入世,意味着这个巨大的市场从此将与国际市场全面对接,世界贸易格局将因此发生新的大变化,中国也将取得全球贸易新秩序建设的“说话权”。多哈会议并于14日晚通过了《部长宣言》等文件,与会的142个成员一致同意启动新的多边贸易谈判。
China’s 15-year long multi-entry WTO negotiations ended on September 17, and the 4th WTO Ministerial Conference examined and approved on November 10 China’s decision to accede to the World Trade Organization in Doha. Since China’s accession to the WTO means that this huge market will be fully connected with the international market from now on, new changes will take place in the world trade pattern and China will also obtain the “right to speak” in the construction of a new global order of trade. The Doha meeting passed the Ministerial Declaration and other documents on the evening of the 14th. The 142 members of the meeting unanimously agreed to launch the new multilateral trade negotiations.
