我厂总结了多年来机车“烧瓦抱轴”的原因,对东方红-75/54拖拉机进行了几项小改装,经过三年的实践,效果良好,减少了烧瓦事故。一、花键联轴节的长度尺寸加长用直径32毫米的碳素钢加工成长度为42毫米(原花键轴长度为34毫米)的花键联轴节,其它尺寸与原来相同。亦可把标准花键联轴节从中间锯开,中间加焊一个外径30毫米、内径20+0.20 -0.15毫米,厚10毫米的垫圈(电焊时用一标准心轴穿过,保证其同心度)。这样,花键联轴节就不会因花键磨损后窜动与轴脱开,导致“烧瓦”了。
