目的 研究船舶次声短期作用对船员和动物听觉功能的影响。方法 两艘同型船舶作为对照船和实验船 ,实验船次声装置连续工作 6 h,比较两船航后船员和动物听觉变化差异。结果 次声装置工作时 ,船上舱室和岗位的次声级为 10 5~ 117d B,次声的频谱能量主要集中在 12 .5~ 2 0 .0 Hz。实验船员经连续 6 h次声作用后 ,普遍出现不适主观反应 ,动物组内耳形态的电镜观察表明 ,内耳有明显损伤 ,但船员的听力差异无显著性。结论 次声环境连续暴露 6 h,除使船员出现一系列不适主观反应外 ,还可引起听觉通道的不适 ;动物内耳有不同程度的损伤。
Objective To study the effect of ship short-term infrasound on auditory function of seafarers and animals. Methods Two ships of the same type were used as control and experimental vessels, and the experimental acoustic equipment was operated continuously for 6 h. The differences of hearing and hearing between the two vessels were compared. Results When the infrasound was operated, the infrasound level of the cabin and post was 105 ~ 117d B, and the infrasound energy was mainly concentrated in the range of 12.5 ~ 2.00.0 Hz. After six hours of continuous infrasound, the experimental crew generally experienced discomfort and subjective reaction. Electron microscopic observation of the inner ear morphology showed that the inner ear had obvious damage, but the crew’s hearing difference was not significant. CONCLUSIONS: Continuous exposure to infrasound for 6 h, apart from a series of unpleasant subjective reactions, can cause discomfort of the auditory pathway. The inner ear of animals has different degrees of damage.
