提起中职学校,大多数人脑海会浮现出这样一幅景象:新建偌大的校园,整齐排列的教学楼,设备齐全的功能室,为数不多的学生穿行其中。成绩差、品质差几乎成了中职学生的代名词,缺乏管理、任其发展几乎就是中职学校管理现状。正是因为这一大众印象,使目前中职学校的招生局面陷入困境。那么如何改善这一局面,本人认为应从以下几点着手做起。一、完善学校管理制度,全方位加强对学生的管理根据中职生的生源特点,要对其进行良好的教育教学,必须完善学校的管理制度,全方位加强管理,使学校呈现出齐抓共管的局面。
