目的观察耗竭单胺类神经递质对缺血性纹状体、海马和皮质神经元CaMPKⅡ活性的影响。方法采用利血平化沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎造成全脑缺血模型,用放射性32P-ATP掺入法测定CaMPKⅡ活性。结果利血平化对沙土鼠脑缺血3个脑区CaMPKⅡ活性均有保护作用。在纹状体、海马和皮质,利血平化沙土鼠缺血10min,酶活性比对照组酶活性分别升高55%、58%和19%;缺血20min,酶活性分别升高58%、124%和55%。结论耗竭单胺类神经递质对脑缺血CaMPKⅡ活性的降低有明显的保护作用
Objective To observe the effects of depletion of monoamine neurotransmitters on CaMPKⅡ activity in ischemic striatum, hippocampus and cortical neurons. Methods Total cerebral ischemia model was induced by bilateral common carotid artery ligation in gerbils of reserpine, and CaMPKⅡ activity was measured by radioactive 32P-ATP incorporation method. Results Reserpine has protective effect on CaMPKⅡ activity in the three brain regions of gerbils with cerebral ischemia. In striatum, hippocampus and cortex, reserpine-induced gerbils were ischemic for 10 min, the enzyme activity increased 55%, 58% and 19% respectively compared with that of the control group; the enzyme activity increased 58% 124% and 55%. Conclusion Depletion of monoamine neurotransmitters has a significant protective effect on the decrease of CaMPKⅡ activity after cerebral ischemia
