研制了一个由MIC-80(TRS-80)微机与721分光光度计构成的催化动力学分析的微机联机系统,能完成吸光度或透光率的自动采集、存贮和处理。硬件接口可与多种前置仪表和A/D转换器配合。用BASIC或汇编语言编程,采样速率分别可达80点·秒~(-1)和10000点·秒~(-1)。程序延时调节采样间隔时间和各专用子程序库,使该系统能满足催化动力学分析的各种需要。经丙酮碘化反应验证,该系统稳定、可靠,能满足大量的日常分析需要。此外,经适当扩充本系统还能完成对多参数的同时测定。
