以湿地松松针为原料,高浓度乙醇为解吸剂,低浓度乙醇为热提剂,采用减压内部沸腾提取法,对湿地松松针中莽草酸进行提取工艺的研究。通过单因素实验和正交试验,确定提取最佳工艺是:当乙醇浓度70%,解吸时间18 min,热提温度65℃,热提时间4 min,解吸时料液比1∶1.6,热提剂用量260 mL,热提剂浓度30%,提取2次时,提取效果最好,湿地松松针干基中莽草酸的提取率为1.51%。
Taking the pine needles of Pinus elliottii as raw material, high concentration ethanol as desorbent and low concentration of ethanol as the thermal extractive agent, the extraction process of shikimic acid in pine needles of Pinus elliottii was studied by the method of decompression internal boiling. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the best extraction technology was determined: when the concentration of ethanol was 70%, the desorption time was 18 min, the temperature of extraction was 65 ℃, the extraction time was 4 min, the ratio of material to solvent at desorption was 1: 1.6, The best extraction rate was 260 mL for the extractant and 30% for the hot stripper extract. The extraction yield of shikimic acid in the dry base of Pinus tabulaeformis was 1.51%.
