近年来,民营企业已成为我国经济的重要组成部分,为民营企业提供人事人才服务也成了政府人事部门的一项重要工作。随着许多民营企业纷纷从“起步创业”阶段走向“做大做强”阶段,政府人事部门也要积极引导和支持他们相应地调整人才思路、改进用人理念。具体地说,就是要着重实现以下人才管理的五个“转变”。
