本文提出了放射性物质排入海洋后经由各种途径对人照射的评价模式。导出了描述放射性核素在海洋体系中动力学行为的微分方程组,并就平衡条件推算出放射性核素在海水中的限制浓度。关键居民组为当地渔民,取公众个人年剂量当量限值的1/3(即1.7mS_v/a)作为海洋环境引起的照射限值。讨论了参数的估算和取值方法。文中还给出了用比活度法算出的限制浓度值。讨论了所给结果的适用性和安全裕量。本文的结果还与文献报道的相应结果以及露天水源的限制浓度作了比较。
This paper presents a model for assessing human exposure through various means after it has been discharged into the sea. The differential equations describing the kinetic behavior of radionuclides in the marine system were derived and the limiting concentration of radionuclides in seawater was derived for equilibrium conditions. The key inhabitants are local fishermen, taking 1/3 of the public individual’s annual equivalent dose (1.7mS_v / a) as the exposure limit due to the marine environment. Discuss the parameter estimation and value method. The article also gives a specific activity calculated by the limit concentration value. The applicability and safety margin of the given results are discussed. The results in this paper are also compared with the corresponding results reported in the literature and the limiting concentrations of open source water.
