[目的]观察汇涵术泰护创液(Create dressing care)对烧伤感染创面的疗效。[方法]2008年2月~2010年5月对60例120处烧伤感染创面应用汇涵术泰护创液,观察创面局部细菌清除、创面愈合情况及全身反映情况。[结果]汇涵术泰护创液对皮肤无刺激、无致敏,杀菌力强,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌等多种细菌具有杀灭作用;预防伤口感染,促进创面愈合。[结论]应用汇涵术泰护创液有控制局部创面感染;促进烧伤创面愈合的作用。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Create dressing care on burn wounds. [Method] From February 2008 to May 2010, 60 cases of burn wounds in 120 cases were treated with taihuo liquid, and local bacterial clearance, wound healing and systemic reaction were observed. [Result] Huai-hantai taihuo liquid was non-irritating, non-allergenic and bactericidal to the skin. It could kill many kinds of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It could prevent wound infection and promote wound healing. [Conclusion] The application of Connotation Taitai Chong liquid has the control of local wound infection; promote the healing of burn wounds.
